Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

M365 Factory is intended to serve customers internationally. Website hosting, email, customer organisations, and service providers may operate in different countries. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, appropriate contractual or other recognised safeguards will be used where applicable to the specific engagement.
9. Retention
General enquiries that do not become customer engagements are normally retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, maintain security records, and establish business history. As a working default, non-customer enquiry correspondence may be reviewed for deletion after approximately 12 months. If an enquiry becomes a customer engagement, relevant records may be retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards as required by contract, accounting, tax, legal, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
